The current Wordzelio build stores game progress on your device and does not create a VividPlay account. This website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. If you email us, we receive the information you choose to send.
1. Information we handle
Wordzelio game data
The current build saves puzzle progress, completed levels, virtual credits, hints, daily activity, preferences, and basic gameplay event records locally on your device. Its game code does not transmit these records to a VividPlay server. There is no account registration, cloud save, or live advertising, analytics, or crash-reporting SDK in that build.
Support correspondence
If you contact us by email, we receive your email address, message, and any name, device details, screenshots, or other information you include. Please do not send passwords, payment-card details, or information that is not needed to resolve your request.
Website delivery
Our hosting provider receives technical information needed to serve and secure the website, which may include your IP address, browser information, requested pages, and request times. The VividPlay page code does not set tracking cookies or use advertising identifiers.
2. How we use information
Local game data supports gameplay, preferences, and progress on your device. We use support correspondence to respond to you, investigate reported issues, and handle privacy requests. Technical delivery information supports website operation and security.
We do not sell your personal information or use support messages for behavioral advertising.
3. Sharing, service providers, and external links
Hosting and email services process technical delivery information or correspondence as needed to provide those services. Their processing is also governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We may disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect users and our services.
Google Play and other external services operate separately from VividPlay. When you follow a store link, the destination’s privacy practices apply.
Future apps or releases may have different data practices. Any additional SDKs, advertising, accounts, or cloud features must be described in the applicable app policy before those features are released; this policy does not claim to cover undisclosed future services.
4. Retention and deletion
Local game records remain in device storage until you clear the relevant app or browser data. VividPlay cannot remotely retrieve or erase records that exist only on your device. Clearing them removes saved progress and preferences.
We retain correspondence only as needed to handle your request and any related legal or security obligations. You can ask us to delete correspondence by emailing the privacy contact below. If some information must be retained, we will explain the reason. Provider-managed technical records follow the relevant provider’s retention practices.

5. Security
This website is delivered over HTTPS. Local game records remain within device storage in the current build. Please keep your device secure and limit the personal information included in support messages. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.
6. Your choices and privacy rights
You can clear local game data and choose what information to share when contacting us. Depending on the laws that apply to you, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive a copy of personal information we hold, or to object to its use. Contact us to make a request. You may also contact your local data-protection authority.
We may ask for information reasonably necessary to verify a request, without asking for your password.
7. Children
The current game does not ask players to submit a name, email address, or other contact information. Parents or guardians who believe a child has sent personal information to us can contact us to request its deletion. Audience and age information for a released app should be checked in that app’s store listing.
8. Changes to this policy
We will update this page when the covered services or their data practices change, and revise the effective date. Where additional notice or consent is required, it must be provided before the relevant new processing begins.
